Students are learning about online safety- check in with them about what apps and websites they are visiting and how they keep good internet boundaries with a minimal digital footprint.
Scholarship Opportunities:
Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association Washington, D.C. Youth Tour is held each June, organized by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). For more than 50 years, the Youth Tour has brought high school students to Washington, D.C., to experience firsthand how the national government works, as well as the importance of civic engagement. Wright-Hennepin will send one high school Junior in their service area for an all expenses paid trip. For more information, click HERE
2026 Scholarship Application & Information
The Minnesota Association of Townships (MAT) is pleased to announce its 2026 Scholarship Program, which will award up to five $2,000 scholarships to Minnesota high school juniors. The program is designed to increase student awareness of township government and its role in serving local communities.
